DISCLAIMER

Hassle-free Tours Ltd accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage as a result of any Act of God, changes in weather or services, or otherwise. While care is taken in the selection of services, Hassle-free Tours Ltd makes no representation as to any services provided or places visited. Hassle-free Tours Ltd will not be responsible if any services are not available due to inclement weather conditions. Services may be altered or canceled due to any unforeseen circumstances.

PRICING

Hassle-free Tours Ltd reserves the right to alter prices, schedules, and/or inclusions advertised without prior notice. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.

CANCELLATION & AMENDMENT POLICY

We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour departure time. Changes to bookings can be made without fees if done at least 24 hours before departure. Within 24 hours, a $50 fee may apply for changes. For the Alpine Safari Tour, cancellations made before 48 hours may incur a 30% fee. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. HEALTH AND SAFETY

In keeping with our Health and Safety policy, Hassle-free Tours Ltd requires the full names of every passenger traveling on our day tours. We also reserve the right to refuse any passengers if we are not completely satisfied that it is practicable and safe for them to participate in our tours. Passengers must advise if they have any physical conditions or concerns that may affect their safety or enjoyment of our tours. Passengers must follow all reasonable instructions given by our staff before, during, and after the tour. Passengers are responsible for the safety and protection of their own personal possessions at all times.

TRANSPORT

Hassle-free Tours Ltd reserves the right to use an alternative vehicle (without prior notice) than is advertised due to any unforeseen circumstances, including health and safety or mechanical concerns.

PICK UP/DROP OFF

Where stated, Hassle-free Tours Ltd will pick up and drop off passengers from most major central city accommodation properties. For those who are staying outside of the central city, in private accommodation or Airbnb properties, our central city pick up/drop off point is outside Christchurch Art Gallery, 66 Gloucester Street. Please contact us directly to confirm which sites are included and the expected time of your departure. Please be aware that due to events beyond our control, e.g., heavy traffic congestion and regular roadworks within central Christchurch, our tour departures may be delayed by up to 30 minutes.

SMOKING/ALCOHOL

There is a strict no-smoking policy (including e-cigarettes) on many parts of our tour due to the nature of the areas we operate in. Passengers must follow the instructions of our driver guide at all times. Recreational drugs and alcohol are not permitted on any of our vehicles at any time. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in the immediate cancellation of your tour and forfeiture of payment.

CLOTHING REQUIREMENTS

All of our tours require that passengers wear sensible sturdy footwear, and we suggest they bring a warm jacket. New Zealand's weather can change very quickly, so it is best to be prepared for 4 seasons in one day.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

Passengers must notify Hassle-free Tours Ltd of any dietary requirements before the tour departure to allow for special food options to be prepared. We can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary needs, provided we receive advance notice. Please ensure you inform us of any dietary restrictions when booking your tour.
